A Salford firm's £2.5m investment will create 30 new jobs initially with 200 others on the horizon which will double the call centre's workforceA Salford company’s £2.5m investment has created 30 new jobs with the promise of 200 more to come which will double its workforce. Telephone call answering service alldayPA opened its new headquarters at Salford Quays in September, which includes a 300-seater call centre. But they are now mounting a national marketing campaign which will create new sales and marketing jobs. It currently employs 200 but is aiming to have 430 staff. Their efforts have won praise from Manchester City Mayor Ian Stewart. On a visit to the company’s £5m Isher Business Park, he officially recognised the company’s dedication to driving local employment opportunities. He also acknowledged the commitment of five of the business’ staff whom have been with the company for 10-14 years, presenting them with awards for outstanding dedication and contribution.

Mr Stewart said: “We are thrilled to count such a successful business that is so dedicated to creating local jobs for Salford people within the Salford city boundary. “Many of the members of staff are local people who have helped to build the company from the ground up and I am delighted that with the announcement of 230 additional jobs available at alldayPA, there will be even more opportunities for local people looking for employment to get involved.” Reuben Singh, chief executive officer at alldayPA, said: “We are a proud Salford business, having been based here ever since our foundation 16 years ago so we are delighted to have been officially recognised by the city mayor. “We are heavily invested in contributing to the local economy and creating job opportunities for local Salford people, and are currently in discussions with Salford Council and the mayor’s office about how we can work together even more, to create further jobs and more partnerships.”The firm also supports the City Mayor’s Charter for Employment Standards which officially acknowledges Salford employers’ commitment to achieving the highest employment standards. alldayPA has been providing call answering services to UK businesses since 1999.
